Why "just post more" is not a content strategy.

- Volume is the cheapest thing an agency can sell and the easiest thing for a client to verify, which is why so much of the industry sells it. But posting more of an unclear idea distributes the unclarity faster. The first archive entry ARK ever made taught this: distribution does not fix an unclear idea. Decide what should exist, then decide how often.

- One planned production day is not one video. It is a hero film, a handful of ads, a dozen short-form cuts, two dozen stills, stories, thumbnails, website footage and sales assets. The client is not buying labour hours; they are buying a media system, and the margin comes from making each production unit dramatically more productive rather than from underpaying the people who make it.

Remix the structure. Never counterfeit the idea.

- Watching what wins is research. Copying what wins is theft, and it also does not work, because the thing that made it win was specific to its context. What transfers is structure — immediate conflict inside the first second and a half raises retention. That is a finding, not a video. Take the finding.
